Allston-Brighton, MA

The West End House Boys & Girls Club of Allston-Brighton had a worn, tired 1970's look, located on a tight urban site with not enough space to accommodate growing programs to service the diverse community. After a major fund raising effort, KVA was retained by the WEH Building Committee to provide a variety of Owner's Representative services to manage a 7,000 SF 2nd floor addition and total renovation and reorganization of their existing 32,000 SF "worn sneaker" for a budget of $7.5 million.

This new state-of-the-art club reopened on schedule with a bright, fresh and colorful look to once again provide incalculable benefits to it's varied membership and the Allston-Brighton community.
