Cambridge, MA Technology Square at MIT is MIT’s new biotechnology campus, which was developed from the former Polaroid Headquarters by Boston’s Beacon Capital Partners and sold to MIT. In addition to the renovation of existing buildings, the development consisted of over 600,000 SF of new construction and was successfully completed due to the team spirit that Beacon Capital Partners promoted throughout the project. KVA was selected to Beacon’s team to provide comprehensive financial management and project cost forecasting from a point when Beacon entered into a purchase and sales agreement with MIT and committed to deliver this entire project to MIT for a stimpulate sum and a specific end date. |
