Boston, MA The construction of the Residences at 360 Newbury Street further enhances the image of this landmark building in Boston's Back Bay. Having commenced in July 2005, the renovation work in this building will transform the top 6 levels from offices to 54 luxury condominium homes. High ceilings and expansive windows will afford occupants with spectacular views of Boston and its surroundings. Mechanical and electrical systems distribution will be completely updated, while much of the central equipment, which had been replaced in the early 90’s, will be retained.
