Boston, MA The challenge was to close the former Sterling’s Restaurant at the Longwood Galleria, gut and rebuild the dining room and re-open for business within six weeks. KVA worked closely with the restaurant management, architect and contractor to make sure this demanding schedule was achieved. KVA also developed a streamlined decision-making format to promptly address unforeseen conditions, owner-requested enhancements and interior decorating clarifications. The project cost stayed within the owner’s budget, and the restaurant opened on time. |
