Malden, MA Set amongst a quiet residential neighborhood in Malden, MA, this former elementary school building is being converted into 29 elegant condominium residences. Taking advantage of the beautiful brick and stone façade, sturdy structure and soaring ceiling heights, this project is being fast-tracked to be built in less than nine months. Prior to construction, KVAssociates worked closely with the Developer, Mitchell Properties, to create a building program which adhered to a demanding budget. Working in concert with Architect and Contractor, several changes were made to both design and contracting approach which saved money while not sacrificing schedule or project quality. |
