Boston, MA Creating jobs and building opportunities for neighborhoods is what Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation (DBEDC) is all about. When they suddenly found themselves in the role of Developer, they quickly sought the experience of KVA. With KVA, leading the charge, DBEDC was able to successfully design and construct an 80,000 square foot state of the art printing facility. One of KVA’s most significant achievements in keeping with the fast track nature of this project was to assist in the procurement of the City of Boston’s approval as part of the circuitous Article 80 permitting process. In partnering with the City, the neighborhood, and the rest of the development team, KVA was able to procure the Building Permit and successfully start construction ahead of schedule. |
