Douglas J. Karam
President

Doug brings over 25 years of construction experience in the Industry. His experience at Turner Construction Company and Spaulding & Slye formed the solid foundation for establishing KVAssociates as a leader in providing construction project management services to a variety of clientele throughout the Northeast.  Doug uses a high energy approach to help KVA’s clients to seek out innovative ways to forecast and solve problems.  Boston Medical Center, MBNA America, Salem Public Schools, Harvard University (FAS) and WGBH are among the institutions and corporations who have benefited from Doug’s expertise.

Frank E. Vanzler
Executive Vice President

Frank has devoted his entire professional life to the construction industry.  A Boston native, Frank moved to Cleveland in 1978, working for Turner Construction Company on a major downtown high-rise office complex. His ten-year employment with Turner included roles in cost estimating, project engineering, field supervision and business development.  Following a three-year term working for a Boston developer of a 206-unit condominium, Frank co-founded KVAssociates in 1990.
